See, It's Not Just Me

A member of my wife's immediate family recently underwent an extended hospital stay for some lengthy procedures. Prior to their admission, the family was briefed on what the stay would entail.

"I'm really pissed off right now.", she said one day, hanging up the phone.

"What's up?", I asked.

"It's my family. They won't tell me anything about [her family member]."
She continued. "My mom even said I wouldn't understand all the medical terms. It's like they think I'm an idiot or something."

"Hmm.", I replied.

this is funny, I have finally become frustrated that I searched and found your site. It feels good to know that I am not alone.

I don't know if you've got it worse or just different. I don't know how someone can be so cognitively challenged. I got a laugh out of many, shook my head and others, and counted my blessings on others.

Are you certain we aren't married to the same cloth eared bint?

I like your blog mainly because I am in the more or less the same situation.

The few posts I have read do infer that your wife is interested on saving energy and protecting your family from crime.

I am married to someone with the same challenges who doesn't care about money or safety!

Maybe you are lucky!
